Resolution or Settlement of your claim

Most cases of sexual harassment are settled confidentially well before trial. The case usually starts with the drafting of a letter which details the employees’ harassment and claims and then mailed to the employer for a response. Many times from just this initial letter, the parties begin to negotiate a resolution of the problem and the case is resolved. In those situations where the employer refuses to cooperate or make any meaningful effort to resolve the dispute, with the client’s permission, a law suit will be prepared and filed. Still, due to the sensitive facts of a sexual harassment case, most cases that are filed are still resolved before  Trial. Choosing an experienced Attorney in Sexual Harassment cases will always improve your chances of a good resolution.

Free Initial Consultation and Contingency Legal Fees
I offer every potential client a free initial consultation.  During our initial consultation, we will fully discuss your employment and your sexual harassment. This conversation like all others that you will have with me is strictly confidential. From our conversation, I will make an assessment of the merits of your case and share with you my legal opinion. Should we both agree to move forward with the process of resolving your case, I will offer you certain payment options, including a purely contingency fee arrangement.
